I am a Dietitian Nutritionist, graduated from the Universidad del Atlántico. I completed a Diploma in Medical Nutritional Therapy for malnutrition and chronic conditions with the Colombian Association of Clinical Nutrition (FELANPE). I hold a Master's in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, where I am also a PhD candidate in Nutrition in Public Health. My background includes professional practice and clinical research. I am an active member of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the nutrition, physical activity, and aging research group at the University of Sao Paulo's Public Health Faculty, and the media and scientific communication group for the Journal of Cachexia, Sarcopenia and Muscle (JCSM).
