At El mejor DOC, we are committed to the accuracy, transparency, and usefulness of the information we publish.

Content origin

There are two kinds of profiles. Unclaimed profiles are built from public professional information (health directories, insurer networks and Google) and are labeled as unverified. Claimed profiles are managed by the doctor after verifying their identity; their biography, services, and FAQs are provided by the professional or their team. Any doctor can claim, correct, or ask us to remove their profile.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews shown on profiles come from Google Business Profile and are updated periodically. We do not edit, filter, or fabricate reviews. The average rating and review count reflect public Google data.

Information updates

Profiles are updated when the doctor requests it or when we detect changes in their public information (such as address or phone number). Google reviews are synced automatically.

Error reporting

If you find incorrect information on any profile, or if you are a doctor and want your profile removed, message our WhatsApp +57 305 454 9100 or reply to the email we sent you: we correct or remove it and confirm it to you. We respond within 15 business days.
