I have experience in evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on emotional recognition and management. I also treat behavioral disorders such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Additionally, I have experience managing patients with cognitive and behavioral disabilities. I also have experience in couples therapy. I enjoy advising and supporting families to enhance skills and improve aspects of each family member, aiming for balanced and happy families. I strive to make my consultations a safe space where patients feel heard and can acquire tools and strategies to live a balanced and fulfilling life.
