I have been passionate about Nutrition since I was 13 years old. I graduated as a Nutritionist in 2008 and as a Specialist in Food Science and Technology in 2009. I have worked in sports nutrition, fitness nutrition, and clinical nutrition, providing dietary intervention to hospitalized and outpatient individuals. For the past 4 years, I have dedicated myself to my company, Nutriactívate, where I conduct corporate nutrition activities and private consultations. I am married, have a baby, and a rescue dog. I love running and have participated in many athletic races, including 3 marathons (42 Km). I enjoy private consultations because I can dedicate the time my patients deserve and offer high-quality care.
