Dra. Viviana Velilla Urrego

I am Luz Viviana Velilla Urrego, a psychologist specializing in human development management and a professional in occupational health training, certified in corporate quality processes. I am the founder and director of HUMANVIVE consulting services, a dream born from my professional experience, which began in 2004. Initially, I focused on selection processes for companies such as CERVECERIA UNION, HONOR LAUREL, DOGMAN DE COLOMBIA, DIACO, ROYAL FILMS, TEMPORALES, and companies associated with COMFENALCO ANTIOQUIA, with a focus on community education. I participated in four projects at the COMFAMA Compensation Fund, focused on life projects for children aged 3 to 6 and adolescents. I served as the psychology coordinator for a Medellín Mayor's Office program called BUEN COMIENZO, supporting quality processes in BIENESTAR FAMILIAR kindergartens and educational initiatives aimed at training teachers for quality education. I was certified as a multiplier for an anorexia-bulimia program implemented by the First Lady of Medellín's Mayor's Office during the Fajardo administration. I supported COMFENALCO ANTIOQUIA in various municipalities and allied companies on projects such as 'TEACHERS FOR LIFE' with the GOVERNMENT OF ANTIOQUIA, 'life skills,' 'employee retirement programs,' 'workplace climate and culture programs,' and 'family camping integration.' I also participated in projects with METROSALUD, aimed at the community, conducting health promotion and prevention in Antioquian family homes. I have taught diplomas in customer service and human resources at COMFENALCO ANTIOQUIA. For three years, I supported this entity's EPS, attending to an average of 15 to 20 patients daily, achieving behavioral modifications in 80% of the population. I was also a facilitator at SEDUCA for a school training and coexistence program called 'PROFIC,' aimed at teachers, with the goal of educating through play. In 2010, I created HUMANVIVE CONSULTING SERVICES with the aim of providing solutions for companies, educational institutions, and individuals seeking continuous human development. In 2014, HUMANVIVE Consulting Services won two bids with the Envigado Mayor's Office, focused on human resources. In 2015, I began offering psychosocial risk services to companies, in accordance with Resolution 2646 of 2008, to promote training plans that address psychosocial risk in the workplace. This expanded my services to encompass employee health, integrating it with the occupational area in companies, supported by Law 1072 of 2015 and following the guidelines and updates of Resolution 0312 of 2019. In 2017, I formed a significant alliance with BLINKSEGURIDADSAS, a recognized company in Barranquilla, expanding my market. The goal was not only to offer employee safety at their workplace but also the security of company facilities through electronic security equipment. Currently, HUMANVIVE has a team of professionals in human resources, occupational health, and electronic security experts, providing services in the departments of Antioquia, Cundinamarca, Bolívar, Magdalena, Atlántico, and La Guajira, and their respective capitals: Medellín, Bogotá, Cartagena, Barranquilla, and Riohacha.
