About me

Hello! I am Sandra Yuliet Pérez, founder of Fullness Nutrition Center. I am a Nutritionist – Dietitian from Pontificia Javeriana University, hold a Master's in Neuroscience and Neuromarketing from the University of Barcelona, and am a certified Diabetes Educator, Nutritional Coach, and expert in Mindful Eating (Conscious Nutrition).

Nutrition is my passion, which is why for 27 years I have dedicated myself to constantly updating and reinventing myself as a nutritionist. I have been a tireless entrepreneur and have worked in various areas of nutrition. I love to travel, cook, and engage in continuous learning, which has allowed me to visit different countries and attend intensive training programs in: nutrition and food congresses, Coaching, Natural and Energetic Cooking, functional nutrition, complementary therapies, nutrigenetics, and nutrigenomics.

Currently, in addition to my daily clinical practice, I work as a Speaker, University Professor, Columnist, and participate in television programs addressing healthy eating and nutrition topics.
