My goal as a therapist is to guide you from my holistic perspective to find the path that allows for healing. This involves a journey of recognition, self-knowledge, and transformation that you will apply to your physical well-being (body health), as well as your emotional, behavioral, thought patterns, and social interactions (from a psychological health perspective), and your spiritual and vibrational world (your energetic and spiritual health).
To achieve this, I offer my experience since 2005 in alternative therapies (Naturopathy, Chinese Medicine, NLP, Bioenergy, among others) and since 2018 in psychology, complemented by continuous education through master's degrees in Psychosomatic Psychology and Holistic Psychology.
