Dra. Paula Rodríguez

I am a graduated psychologist, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I am dedicated to promoting mental health across diverse populations, as well as assessing and intervening in psychosocial issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress management, eating disorders, and anger control.

I also work in the field of health psychology, which focuses on the psychological treatment associated with physical illness and the psychosocial aspects that promote a person's well-being.

These experiences have led me to understand human beings as active agents, capable of taking charge of their own process, striving for their goals, and assertively overcoming situations that challenge the inherent dignity we all possess simply by being human.

This understanding of the individual has broadened my perspective on current psychosocial needs. I view psychological 'problems' not as insurmountable issues but as battles we all face, with the potential to emerge victorious and, even better, stronger.

However, to achieve this, external support is often necessary. Someone who can offer a comprehensive and deep insight into what is happening, in addition to providing tools to work through it. This is the role I have embraced as a therapist.
