Dra. Olga Lucia Ibañez Giraldo

I am an Optometrist with over 25 years of experience, a graduate of La Salle University in Bogotá. I practice as a comprehensive Optometrist, attending to adult and pediatric patients, with an emphasis on contact lens fitting and high-technology ophthalmic lens adaptation. Personalized care is one of my strengths. Patients feel very comfortable and confident with the ongoing support and guidance provided throughout the service, from scheduling the consultation until they receive their optical solution and even after delivery. I am a specialist in Occupational Safety and Health from Areandina University, which allows me to work with various occupational risk insurers and better understand the work environment from a visual health perspective. I have been a professor at Areandina University in the Optometry program for 15 years. I have been an active member of COLFEDOPTO, the Colombian Federation of Optometrists, for 25 years.
