Welcome to my therapeutic community, a special space to be, feel, and heal together. If you've found your way here, it's for a reason.

Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a Psychologist, with a Master's in Clinical Psychology, a university lecturer, and a clinical supervisor for junior therapists. I create personal and collective experiences that inspire, motivate, and facilitate deep soul healing.

In my therapeutic spaces, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship, aiming for my clients to feel safe, respected, trusted, and supported. Here, you can truly be yourself, free from judgment and 'shoulds'.

The main goal of these spaces is to foster self-knowledge, reconnect with yourself, reframe challenging life experiences, and build tools to navigate your personal journey.

For therapeutic sessions, I offer two types of processes: one for those who wish to address a specific situation affecting them (brief counseling/therapy), and another for those who want to delve into their past, life history, get to know themselves, and heal deeper wounds (psychotherapy).

I work from a cognitive-affective approach and an integrative intervention model. My aim is to respond to the specific needs of each client, and sessions are typically a co-constructed space where both the therapist and the client play an active role.
