Currently, my services are exclusively virtual. My strategy involves in-depth psychotherapy for individual and couples processes. I support individuals with relationship challenges, toxic relationships, and grief. Additionally, I address stress, depression, anxiety, panic, and phobias. My psychotherapeutic techniques have demonstrated a positive impact, enhancing coping strategies and emotional management for my clients. I am a university lecturer specializing in the treatment of eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, among others) and obesity-related issues. I am a specialist and hold a Master's degree in leadership development, team building, work performance, workplace crises, and organizational change. My unique value lies in my extensive and diverse experience and training across two complementary fields of psychology: clinical and organizational. This allows me to approach psychotherapy for individuals and groups with a comprehensive perspective.
