I am a Medical Surgeon with two specializations: Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. I have 18 years of medical experience, with 7 years dedicated to serving patients living with obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, and arterial hypertension, among other conditions. I consider it essential to educate all my patients about their conditions, as their improvement and progress result from our teamwork. I will guide you to achieve a healthy lifestyle, which is the initial and most crucial step for effective management of chronic metabolic diseases. This has been demonstrated in multiple clinical studies and reflected in my patients' outcomes. My role is to support you in monitoring and managing your specific needs. During this challenging time, I am actively attending to all patients who need to maintain their health to help prevent adverse outcomes related to Covid-19, especially individuals affected by diabetes, obesity, adrenal insufficiency, cardiovascular diseases, arterial hypertension, among other conditions. I am available for appointments 7 days a week, including holidays. I belong to the Colombian Association of Internal Medicine (ACMI).
