Dra. Maria de la Luz Valencia

I completed my medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine of the National University of Colombia. After my rural year in the Choco department, I continued my training, specializing in General Pediatrics at the University of Antioquia. Upon completion, I wanted to practice pediatrics in the Choco department. After a year, I returned to the University of Antioquia and joined as a faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics at Hospital Universitario San Vicente de Paul. While teaching, the University provided me with the opportunity to pursue a subspecialty in Pediatric Pulmonology at the Social Security Institute in Mexico City. After returning from Mexico City, I worked as a Pediatric Pulmonologist at Hospital San Vicente de Paul, affiliated with the University. I also work at La Clínica Las Vegas.
