I have dedicated several years to neuropsychology and to supporting individual psychotherapeutic processes. During this time, I have become fully convinced that people possess a unique power to discover their potential, commit to transformation, and live a more fulfilling life.

I believe in empathetic work, understanding, and active, non-judgmental listening as essential tools on anyone's path toward empowerment and acceptance. I believe in self-knowledge and the ability to build your own tools to face difficulties, challenges, or even simple daily problems. I see people as active participants in their processes, with the capacity to evolve, find solutions, understand and accept emotions, and build a more conscious and pleasant life.

My approach to therapy is rooted in respect, confidentiality, and warmth. I am a Clinical Psychologist, specializing in Neurodevelopment and Learning, and in Neuropsychology. I have experience in psychotherapy with children and adults, utilizing a cognitive approach, and I am EMDR certified. I also have experience as a speaker in seminars and courses for educators and health-related professionals, and in mentoring psychology students.
