Dra. Ludy Maricela Rincón Salamanca

I am a psychologist with an emphasis in Community Social Psychology, a graduate in Education, a specialist in Family Education and Guidance, and a master's student in Family, Education, and Development. I am trained to educate and guide well-being, pedagogical, training, and capacity-building processes, as well as to intervene and research educational and psychosocial processes in all types of human groups. This includes managing coexistence processes and individual, family, and/or collective conflicts. I always operate within a professional and personal ethical framework, ensuring comprehensive, formative, objective, and transparent work to benefit the community, guided individuals, and/or intervened groups.

I also have the capacity to participate in forming social networks (community, family, educational, among others) to create training plans and action plans addressing latent human needs related to personal, family, and academic development. This includes health prevention and care, conflict management, domestic violence, social violence, and improvements in well-being and work quality, among others. These actions are aimed at individual, family, and community development and empowerment. In this regard, I possess knowledge, skills, and abilities in developing processes related to promotion, prevention, evaluation, and intervention, as well as individual, family, group, and organizational follow-up, utilizing current theoretical and methodological elements.

Furthermore, I have: - Experience in family and couple settings; in the educational and pedagogical sector with children, adolescents, teachers, and older adults. - The ability to formulate, develop, and evaluate projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, with diverse communities and human groups. - A dynamic approach to formative experiences, guidance processes, and coexistence, from a systemic, educational perspective, focused on supportive relationships and life projects. - Guidance for individual, group, academic, and community processes related to individual, couple, family, and social-community training experiences. - Implementation of prevention and intervention proposals in the educational, family, and social-community fields. - Strong interpersonal relationships. - Eagerness and willingness to learn. - An interest in continuous professional development.
