About me
Hello! Welcome to my practice. I am a psychologist specializing in emotional and affective challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, impulsive behaviors, relationship and family difficulties, and other common issues in today's society. I want you to know that I build a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, which is strengthened by my knowledge and their willingness for change and self-discovery.
Secondly, I use evidence-based interventions, including third-generation therapies, mindfulness exercises, analogies, and more. I address the challenges my clients consult me for, provided there is commitment and follow-through from both sides.
