Dra. Laura Camila Agudelo Sosa

I am a psychologist graduated from Universidad del Rosario with an emphasis in clinical and health psychology. My practice is a judgment-free space, and I strive for people to feel free to express all their feelings and ideas. Each person is different, so interventions are fully personalized and tailored to the needs and demands of each individual. Likewise, my therapy style focuses on individuals' strengths rather than their pathologies.

I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapies and third-generation therapies.

I have experience in psychological counseling for diverse populations (both children and adults), treatment and prevention of mental health conditions, grief management and resilience development, academic anxiety management, boundary setting, time management strategies, and achieving personal, professional, and academic goals, mental health promotion and prevention activities, and developing workshops on stress management, anxiety, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, I have experience in pedagogical work and academic mentoring.
