Dra. Karen Becca

I am Dr. Karen Becca, a Psychology professional with a humanistic approach, graduated from the University of San Buenaventura. I have training in clinical and organizational psychology, with experience in hospital settings working with children, adults, and the elderly. While I specialize in humanistic therapy, I integrate other approaches as needed to best support each case. My work plan often includes literacy-based activities or home exercises to complement our sessions. For every patient, I develop a personalized action plan, identifying and establishing their expectations and interests during our first meeting. I provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients across different age groups and with various physical and mental health concerns. My experience has led me to specialize in depression and anxiety.
