Dra. Johanna Hernández Álvarez

Hello! My name is Johanna Hernández Álvarez. I graduated as a Psychologist in 2014 and completed my Master's in Family Studies in 2017. This year, I graduated as a specialist in University Teaching, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in third-generation psychotherapies.

I have over 8 years of intervention experience working with diverse populations (children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, families) and addressing various issues such as jealousy, violence, depression, anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. During this time, I've learned that critical moments, rather than being daunting, can be opportunities for renewal, growth, or significant change. What truly matters is how we approach them.
