The initial psychiatric assessment consultation lasts one hour. It is a face-to-face conversation through which I can conduct a preliminary psychodynamic diagnostic evaluation and propose a therapeutic path forward. Subsequent consultations, if needed, will last 50 minutes and will be conversations focused on the proposed objectives.

I will manage medications only if deemed necessary during the initial evaluation. I will use other supportive methods such as ontological coaching, psychotherapy, life purpose therapy, relaxation, biofeedback, psychodrama, biodanza, music therapy, among others; only if pertinent according to the initial assessment.
