My training as a Pediatric Endocrinologist and my work experience as a Pediatrician in various national institutions allow me to offer expert care for childhood endocrine disorders such as: thyroid and pituitary conditions, bone metabolism issues, growth alterations (short and tall stature), puberty disorders, adrenal conditions, nutritional disorders like obesity and diabetes, disorders of sexual differentiation, and adrenal conditions like adrenal hyperplasia, among others.

My experience as a researcher and university lecturer has led to successful international experiences at world-renowned institutions such as Boston Children's Hospital, affiliated with Harvard University, and international recognitions like the PES International Scholar Award, granted by the Pediatric Endocrine Society of the United States.

Throughout my training, I have received multiple academic excellence awards:

- Distinguished Graduate Physician - University of Nariño, for the highest cumulative academic average throughout my career. - Best Institutional Intern - Fundación CardioInfantil - Instituto de Cardiología. - National Award for Outstanding Pediatric Resident - Award granted annually by the Colombian Society of Pediatrics to a resident in the country. - PES International Scholar Award - Granted by the Pediatric Endocrine Society - United States of America.
