I am Dr. Claudia Liliana Martínez, with over 27 years of experience in clinical psychotherapy. I am a mother of three wonderful children, and my work has focused on caring for people of all ages.
During several years working with clinical psychotherapy, I noticed that many patients were not progressing as expected. For this reason, I began incorporating alternative and complementary therapies like Reiki, to view and treat individuals holistically. However, it was with Clinical Hypnosis therapy that patients experiencing various situations (stress, anxiety, addictions, psychosomatic illnesses, grief, relationship issues, etc.) began to see more immediate results. Thanks to this therapy, I have guided hundreds of people to achieve desired changes and use emotional unblocking techniques for improved mental well-being.
I also deliver corporate lectures on specific topics such as stress management, mind programming for enhanced effectiveness, improved financial administration performance, anxiety management, and working under pressure, among others.
