Dr. Carolina Ardila Holguin

I am a professional in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Valladolid - Spain. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Inborn Errors of Metabolism at the University of Chile. I have extensive experience in nutritional education projects and as a speaker at talks and conferences. I am passionate about promoting access to accurate and quality information, especially online, contributing through various articles on my Facebook page. A significant part of my professional experience has been dedicated to private practice. While obesity management is a major focus of my daily work, I also assist individuals seeking to gain weight, improve their diet, and learn healthy eating habits, including children and athletes, among others. Additionally, I work at the Club Noel Children's Clinical Foundation, where I provide dietetic support to both inpatients and outpatients.
