Dra. Angélica Maria Astudillo Gironza

I am Angelica Astudillo G, a nutritionist and dietitian from the National Sports School University Institution. Later, at the same university, I specialized in Physical Activity and have frequently taken courses in Sports Nutrition.

I love sports and physical activity, which is why I decided to study nutrition and focus on sports nutrition. In fact, my main hobby is playing soccer and training; I believe that with every hour of training, I gain many years of life.

Currently, I work as a sports nutritionist for one of the top professional soccer teams because there's nothing better than working on something you're passionate about. I also continue to help various individuals, whether athletes, active, or non-active, improve their performance and lifestyles through interventions tailored to their habits, customs, food preferences, and set goals.
