I am a Medical Doctor and Psychiatrist from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a Master's degree in sleep disorders from the University of Murcia, Spain, and a Latin American Diploma in Sleep Medicine from Pereira Technological University. I have training and experience in pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for sleep disorders, cognitive-behavioral techniques for insomnia management, relaxation techniques, neurolinguistic programming, and clinical hypnosis. Each of these approaches is endorsed by high-quality institutions, allowing me to provide comprehensive, individualized care with a human touch. Throughout my years of experience in mental health, I have also managed various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and psychosis. I always provide comprehensive treatment where the patient and their symptoms are central, rather than solely focusing on a disease concept.
