I trained as a physician and then as a clinical toxicologist, working for several years in a public mental health institution. There, I gained extensive experience in the organic treatment of individuals suffering from substance addictions and dual pathology (addictions and psychiatric conditions). Subsequently, I also trained in occupational health and worked in industry. I learned, both theoretically and practically, how work can be a protective factor for our physical and mental health, or a risk factor that can lead to its deterioration, and how this understanding can make a significant difference. I have an integrative perspective on physical and mental health.
