I am an Optometrist, a graduate of La Salle University in Bogotá, with over 28 years of experience in diagnosing and treating visual impairments. My greatest professional satisfaction comes from providing human-centered care to my patients, which is why my consultations last 1 hour. During this time, I guide patients in choosing the best visual aids and personally assist them in selecting frames that fit their facial anthropometric measurements. This attention helps prevent common issues like ill-fitting or uncomfortable glasses. As a Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety, I have extensive experience in occupational assessments based on risk factors. I clearly explain recommendations to help minimize the impact of workplace risks on job performance. I also conduct visual hygiene talks and provide training on Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems for companies. Additionally, in my private practice, I perform evaluations for school medical certificates. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in photobiology, general medicine, and dentistry to conduct these assessments and issue the necessary fitness certificates for the services patients require. These certificates are issued immediately. We offer these services both in-office and off-site (at schools and kindergartens).
