My name is Yaneth Pimiento. I am a Medical Doctor and Surgeon from the University of Antioquia, a Specialist in Alternative Therapies from Manuela Beltrán University in Bogotá, and a Specialist in Auriculotherapy from the Superior Medical Institute of Chinese Acupuncture Bogotá.

In my Integrative Therapies practice, I offer a unique, unified, and holistic approach, treating the individual as a whole and considering their dynamic with the universe. My approach is based on Homotoxicology, or Biological Medicine, developed by German physician Hans-Heinrich Reckeweg, which offers an integrated medical perspective. Homotoxicology focuses not on disease symptoms but on their root cause – the homotoxin disrupting the body's normal function. The process involves detoxifying the body, correcting altered immunological processes through immunomodulation, and supporting cells and organs to regain normal function.

Homotoxicology treatments are administered with homeopathic medications orally or intravenously through IV therapies.

From the perspective of Neural Therapy: The vegetative nervous system regulates organ and tissue functions, integrating into the whole and maintaining its maximum possible balance. Any irritation to this neural network (scars, infections, surgical interventions, emotional stress, etc.) can disrupt the neurovegetative system, leading to various symptoms anywhere in the body. Neural Therapy aims to neutralize these irritations through injections at specific points, tailored to each person's life history.
