About me

Like everyone, I have experienced various roles in life: son, brother, friend, partner, student, professional, and many others, each with its daily challenges, dreams, goals, and expectations. I have felt fear, frustrations, tears, and happiness, just like anyone, and there were times when I didn't know how to face certain situations. That's why I decided to pursue Psychology, focusing on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, to understand how our thoughts influence our behaviors.

In my practice, I am known for active listening, warmth, and frankness, but above all, for the empathy to understand that in therapy, the soul is bared, and the person is never judged. With this responsibility, I am constantly training and updating my knowledge to always provide consultations that help my patients resolve their concerns.

My current additional studies include: Diploma in Couples Therapy - INLEC (Latin American Institute of Continuing Education) Diploma in Psychological Testing - Universidad Piloto de Colombia Specialist in Addictions (In progress) - Universidad Luis Amigo
