Dr. Renny Jaimes Beltrán

I am an Internal Medicine Physician and Pulmonologist from the National University of Colombia, Bogotá. I had the opportunity to complete a training stay at one of Spain's leading centers for Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, in Barcelona.

During my training, I received instruction at several Colombian institutions, including Hospital San Juan de Dios, the National Cancer Institute, Hospital Santa Clara, Fundación Santafé in Bogotá, Hospital Militar, and Hospital San Carlos. In my daily practice, I am involved in university teaching as a Professor of Medicine at the University of Pamplona, a prominent institution in the region for this field.

I am a member of the Colombian Association of Sleep Medicine (ACMES), the Colombian Association of Pulmonology, and the Spanish Society of Respiratory Pathology (SEPAR). Daily, I attend to patients with various respiratory conditions, such as Asthma, COPD, and Sleep Apnea (SAHOS), with positive outcomes. I also offer Insomnia consultations, where I manage patients experiencing sleep difficulties with a comprehensive approach, focusing on the balance essential for restful sleep. Care in my practice is based on establishing a strong doctor-patient relationship. My objective is to provide the best of current medical knowledge, aligned with available scientific evidence and the inherent transparency of medical practice.
