A child who sees a Pediatric Surgeon does not necessarily need surgery; in fact, my initial approach in my practice, if possible, is to seek options that can avoid surgical intervention. My primary interest in my practice is the patient themselves, the child, their well-being, and preserving their health. I have extensive experience in managing chronic constipation, lymph node enlargements, thyroid nodules, and foreskin abnormalities, aiming to avoid circumcision. Additionally, I have special training in the surgery of benign and malignant tumors in children. It is fundamentally important to me that my patient's family understands what is happening to their child, how to resolve it, to answer any questions or concerns that arise, and to be available for their phone or text consultations.
