Dr. Oscar David Díaz-sotelo

I am a psychologist with over 10 years of experience in assessment, counseling, and individual and couples therapy. I address various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress (with an emphasis on gender-based violence and armed conflict), and general difficulties adjusting to life cycle transitions. I have additional training in clinical sexology, with experience in care and therapeutic processes related to sexual and reproductive health for adolescents, adults, and couples, incorporating gender and rights-based approaches. As an epidemiologist and Master in Public Health, I have extensive additional experience in humanitarian, development, peacebuilding, and research projects in social and health sciences. I am a university lecturer, national and international speaker, and peer reviewer for scientific articles. I am a member of the Colombian College of Psychologists.
