Dr. Nicolás Betancur García

I am a general surgeon, a graduate of the Universidad del Rosario, specializing in Colon and Rectal Surgery and Endoscopy (Coloproctology) from the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. I gained international experience at Hospital Galdakao-Usansolo (Basque Country), Hospital San Carlos, and Gregorio Marañón Hospital in Spain. My specialization focuses on the comprehensive detection and treatment of colon, rectal, and anal cancer, as well as benign colorectal and anal conditions. I emphasize advanced laparoscopic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy. I am a member of the Spanish Society of Coloproctology, the Colombian Society of Coloproctology, the Colombian Society of Surgery, and the Latin American Federation of Surgery.
