I am a Psychologist (Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana) with a focus on positive psychology and Mindfulness. I am also a Nurse (Universidad de Caldas) and specialize in Occupational Health and Hygiene (Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas). I hold a Master's in Human Management and Organizational Development (Universidad Externado de Colombia) and am currently pursuing a Master's in Strategic Thinking and Foresight (Universidad Externado de Colombia). I am certified in Mindfulness (Instituto de Mindfulness y Compasión de España), a Business Coach, and an NLP Practitioner (Coaching And Training With NLP, El Salvador).

I am the Co-founder and CEO of Worldfulness Consulting, an organization dedicated to quality of life, well-being, and happiness. With over 9 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, I have also consulted for over 6 years in Strategy, Human Management, Organizational Development, Psychosocial Risk, and the promotion and prevention of physical and mental health. I am a speaker and expert in 'training the trainers', offering Mindfulness Training and specializing in Psychosocial Risk.

I possess excellent communication skills, and I am passionate about my work. I am a leader, achievement-oriented, entrepreneurial, proactive, creative, and responsible, with strong teamwork abilities and a blend of human, scientific, and technical knowledge.

My focus is on individual and group education, aiming to inspire positive changes and improvements in people's lifestyles through meaningful learning, and to enhance organizational productivity.
