Dr. Juan Guillermo Gaviria Carvajal

I am a physician graduated from Javeriana University, an Ophthalmologist from the Barraquer Institute, and a Cornea and Uveitis specialist from the University of Texas at San Antonio, USA. I have served as a cataract instructor for over 15 years at prestigious institutions including Clínica Barraquer, the National Ophthalmological Foundation, and Clínica Oftalmológica del Caribe. I worked for 3 years as Scientific Director of the Muscat Eye Laser Center in the Middle East. My experience includes over 6000 cataract surgeries and thousands of refractive and corneal surgery cases. My colleagues at Grupo Nazar and I are committed to offering advanced ocular surgery technology in Ibagué.
