I am a psychologist with a Master's degree in couple and family therapy. While this background provides me with the foundation to support individuals, couples, and families through therapy, I have further enhanced my knowledge through certified studies in Sexuality, psycho-pedagogical guidance, social psychology, and other areas, ensuring I remain current in my field. I am part of study and research groups focused on Family and attachment theory. Furthermore, my experience of over 15 years working with young people, couples, and families has led me to become a speaker, writer, and contributor to various national newspapers on topics such as anxiety, depression, suicide, relationship challenges, and family upbringing.
