About me
I am a medical specialist with a focus on clinical environments. I trained in prestigious European hospitals in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. I also completed training in the Swiss AtlasPROfilax method to improve patients' quality of life. I use exercise prescription as a vehicle for rehabilitation. Currently, I serve as the head of the sports medicine department at the Sociedad de Cirugía - Hospital de San José and at the Hospital Infantil Universitario de San José; I am also the medical director of AtlasPROfilax. Simultaneously, I am a university professor for medical specialists in training at the Fundación Universitaria de Ciencias de la Salud.
