I am Jenny Londoño, a Psychologist. If there's one thing I want to tell you about psychotherapy and mental health, it's that we are not "blocked"; we are continuously creating and evolving. We are not "broken" or defective; there is nothing that needs to be added or removed before you can have a rich and meaningful life (Schoendorff, 2012).

Together, we will evaluate how you navigate your life to help it flow; here, you will connect with yourself and your full potential. I want you to know that therapy is about helping you move closer to the life you desire through your actions, rather than focusing on "getting rid of" or interpreting your symptoms.

I will accompany you in this process, but you will be the one to transform your story. With me, you will find a personalized, caring, trustworthy, and non-judgmental space. In this process, you, the client, take an active and transformative role. Take care of yourself, love yourself, and feel capable of reaching as far as you wish! I am ready to provide you with the tools and knowledge to achieve it.
