I take the necessary time to listen and understand what you are experiencing to determine how I can best assist you. Each of my sessions is 45 minutes (for evaluation, follow-ups, and psychotherapy). In some cases, we may need more than one evaluation session to fully understand your life history and its connection to your current challenges. I prioritize psychotherapy over pharmacotherapy. Some cases only require psychotherapy, while others benefit from medication in combination with psychotherapy for improved outcomes. Treatment decisions are always made collaboratively with you. Wait time: I highly value time (yours and mine), so sessions begin and end as scheduled. Only in very occasional circumstances might a session extend by a few minutes, which I will communicate to you promptly.
