My name is Esteban Ramírez Veira, and I am a humanistic psychologist trained in body-based techniques. I chose this profession because I believe in change and in people's potential to create realities that support their growth. I believe healthy relationships can be built through emotional responsibility and self-awareness. My approach aims to provide a space where individuals can explore and discover their challenges and resources for facing life, thus embracing life as a constant co-creation of reality. To achieve this, I offer individual psychological consultations and workshops focused on mental health topics such as relationships, anxiety, and connection with life.
