Dr. Eduardo Linares

I studied in the United States and Colombia. I have 21 years of experience in psychotherapy, utilizing updated methods developed with the highest academic rigor. My goal is to optimize mental and emotional performance by addressing any past or present elements that interfere with well-being and progress. Since there's a part of the mind we don't consciously control, we might know a relationship or behavior isn't good for us, yet struggle to stop or leave it. Sometimes we experience panic when facing a boss or speaking in public, and despite our best efforts, we can't control it. My therapeutic approach includes various techniques that allow me to specify and pinpoint the origin of conflicts, focusing on what truly matters. Traumatic experiences are addressed by communicating with the part of the mind that controls these sensations and thoughts.

By addressing the influence of negative emotions, harmful patterns, or blocked past events in the mind, energy is released, and positive change unfolds. This leads to noticeable improvement in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
