I am from Barranquilla, a city where I grew up surrounded by the joy of the Caribbean and the sea. It was there that I developed an early interest in sports, which I have professionally pursued, helping many people achieve their diverse athletic and nutritional goals. I have lived most of my life in Bogotá, where I have worked extensively in various areas of nutrition, primarily in mass food production, care for pregnant women and children, individuals with disabilities, and sports nutrition.
