I am a specialist in General Surgery from the National University of Colombia and a specialist in Gastroenterology from the University of La Sabana, with eight years of experience in managing gastrointestinal tract diseases. I possess extensive knowledge in treating patients with conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux, abdominal pain, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, and digestive organ cancers. My technical skills include endoscopy procedures like upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, polypectomies, and intragastric balloon placement. I also have experience in open and laparoscopic surgical management of gallstones, inguinal and abdominal wall hernias, gastric cancer, colon cancer, and many other pathologies.
