Emotional challenges (anxiety, sadness, anger), issues with our relationships (romantic, social, professional), or personal struggles (indecision, low self-esteem, life planning). We want to understand the 'why,' 'how,' and 'what can be done' to learn to cope with or overcome these challenges. We desire a life where we have the tools to live it. I am a psychologist specializing in Clinical Psychology.
