I am Claudia Mejía, a woman, mother, wife, and Registered Dietitian. I want to tell you a little about myself, because if you've reached this page, it's very likely you have issues with your weight and/or food, which is very common today and something I've also experienced.
I am always striving to provide a better service and guidance to the people who come to my practice; because losing weight goes beyond restricting foods and exercising. It's about a mental shift, making better choices, managing food cravings, eating what I want without overdoing it, listening to my body, and knowing what works well for it and what doesn't.
