My name is Clara. I am a psychologist, with a master's degree in family and couples therapy, and a Gestalt therapist.

My interest is to support individuals in creating more authentic ways of living and building greater well-being, where they can use self-knowledge to foster better relationships with themselves and others.

About the Gestalt perspective: It emphasizes the phenomenological, recognizing the role that perceiving, feeling, and acting play in experience. Explanations and interpretations are part of the experience, though not always more relevant than what is directly perceived and felt. This perspective values the process—what is happening in context—with an emphasis on what is done, thought, and felt in the moment, rather than what was, could be, or should be.

About the systemic perspective: It allows for a complex view of reality, recognizing it as composed of interacting subsystems. Observing these interactions helps to understand the connections between aspects that define the system, while also recognizing its characteristics.
