Dr. Cesar Edwin Martinez Correa

I graduated from the University of Caldas, where I earned my medical degree with an excellent academic record, ranking fourth in my graduating class. I completed my specialization in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery at Clínica Juri in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My specialist title was homologated by the Colombian National Ministry (Resolution 1553/04). In 2004, I undertook various rotations in Brazil as a fellow at Clínica Ivo Pitanguy and with Dr. Ronaldo Pontes, two of the most recognized plastic surgeons globally. I specialize in oncoplastic breast reconstructive techniques and am a member of the Spanish Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and the Spanish Society of Breast Surgeons. I also completed microsurgery studies with the Argentine Catholic Society. Currently, I am a member of the Academy of Aesthetic Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, an organization that unites medical professionals specializing in Plastic Surgery who have trained at Colombian universities or recognized international institutions with validated degrees.
