Dr. Carlos Mario Echeverria Palacio

I am a physician and specialist in epidemiology from Universidad del Rosario; and a Pediatric Neurologist from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Currently, I work as a Pediatric Neurologist at Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá; and previously, I was a Pediatric Neurologist at institutions such as La Liga Central Contra la Epilepsia, Fundación Hospital Pediátrico de la Misericordia, Clínica Pediátrica de Colsánitas, and Clínica Infantil Colsubsidio, all in Bogotá, Colombia.

The main goal of my practice is to support families of children experiencing any condition that affects or could potentially affect the nervous system throughout their development. This includes acute conditions like headaches, seizures, or developmental delays; or chronic conditions such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and autism, among others.

Above all, I strive for families to clearly understand each condition, its implications, and how we can approach them, always based on the best available scientific evidence.
