Dr. Carlos Mario Díaz Rosso graduated from the Universidad del Sinú in Montería and specialized in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as an Internal Medicine Physician, Clinical Hepatologist, and Transplant Hepatologist. He trained at the Dr. Cosme Argerich Acute General Hospital and the Favaloro Foundation University Hospital, with extensive experience in liver and biliary tract diseases such as cirrhosis, fatty liver, jaundice (yellow eyes), autoimmune liver diseases (autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, and primary sclerosing cholangitis), liver tumors, hepatotoxicity, storage diseases (iron and copper), viral hepatitis (A, B, C, D, and E), and pre- and post-liver transplant management.
Likewise, I also work as a supporting physician for the specialty of pediatric hepatology, treating children with liver diseases.

I served as a Clinical and Transplant Hepatologist at the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia.
Currently, I am a reference for Clinical Hepatology in the departments of Córdoba and Sucre.
