Dr. Carlos Mario Diaz Rosso

I graduated from the University of Sinú in Montería. I specialized in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as an Internist, Clinical Hepatologist, and Transplant Hepatologist at Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Cosme Argerich and Fundación Favaloro University Hospital. I have experience with liver and biliary tract diseases such as Cirrhosis, Fatty Liver, Jaundice (yellow eyes), Autoimmune Liver Diseases (Autoimmune Hepatitis, Primary Biliary Cholangitis, and Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis), Liver Tumors, Hepatic Toxicity, Storage Diseases (Iron, Copper), Viral Hepatitis A-B-C-D-E, and pre- and post-liver transplant management.

I also serve as a supporting physician for Pediatric Hepatology, assisting children with liver diseases.

My expertise includes Hepatobiliary Ultrasound.

I previously worked as a Clinical and Transplant Hepatologist at the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia.

Currently, I am a leading Clinical Hepatologist in the departments of Córdoba and Sucre.
