I am a Psychologist from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and hold a Master's in Community Psychology from Universidad de Chile. I am currently pursuing studies in Brief Strategic Therapy at CTS Arezzo, Italy. I guide self-discovery processes from a holistic perspective, utilizing therapeutic tools from systemic clinical practice and transpersonal psychology to strengthen your sense of purpose. In this space, you can feel comfortable and be yourself, with the trust and respect that fosters a collaborative relationship where you are the expert in your own life. When we converse, I approach you as the woman I am, without judgment, but with understanding and active listening, learning with curiosity about you to enrich how you perceive yourself, others, and the world. I address topics such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem development, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, existential void, thanatology, among others.
